Join the Spring Cleanse Community of detoxers for a 15 day mission to ignite digestive fire and burn toxicity in the digestive tract! 

Upon joining, you'll be invited to a WhatsApp group where I'll provide daily reminders about the focus of each day during the cleanse. This group will serve as the main platform for asking specific questions about the cleanse instructions, supporting each other, and sharing experiences throughout the two-week process. We will also have scheduled Zoom calls to discuss the different phases and what to expect going forward. These calls are to prepare you for each of the cleanse phases.

Scheduled calls

1. Elimination Phase: Sunday, March 16 at 7pm

2. Cleansing Phase: Thursday, March 20 at 7pm

3. Reintroduction Phase: Wednesday, March 26 at 7pm

Calls will be recorded and sent to those who are not able to attend.

It's not necessary to take time off work for the cleanse. While it may take some adjustment to incorporate the regimens, I'll ensure you are prepared for each phase before we begin. You will receive a comprehensive manual. shopping list, dosha quiz, and downloadable materials.
