Join Kay and Beck for a day of art meditation using the art of sacred geometry. This is an ancient practice of two energies, the masculine (left brain) to sketch out your yantra and in the afternoon the feminine (right brain) to paint.

This is a form of meditation and is perfect for most people that find traditional still methods of meditation a challenge.

The day includes all art materials, a 3 course authentic Thai lunch, fresh juices and teas.
