Basic to Brilliance (BTB) is a 10-week hybrid math tutoring program designed to build a strong foundation in mathematics, foster confidence, and help students excel academically. The program combines live virtual group sessions with personalized online learning for an optimal hybrid learning experience.

Session Schedule:

• Live virtual tutoring sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM EST.
• Virtual learning via IXL on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (maximum of 30 minutes per day).
• Parents are responsible for ensuring their child completes assigned IXL modules on non-BTB days.

Group Size:

• Group sessions require a minimum of 3-5 students and a maximum of 25 students.

Services Provided:

• 10-week math tutoring package for group sessions.
• Live instruction on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Access to Interactive Online Learning (IXL) platform for personalized learning modules, strengthening comprehension, and addressing specific learning gaps.
• Each student will have their own login credentials for the IXL learning platform.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring students complete IXL assignments on non-BTB days (Monday, Wednesday, Friday).

One-on-One Tutoring Rate:

$125 per hour.

Terms & Agreement:

By enrolling in the "From Basic to Brilliance" Math Tutoring Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Commitment

• This program is a 10-week commitment with scheduled sessions each week. By enrolling, you agree to participate for the full duration and adhere to the selected payment option.
• Your enrollment reserves a spot in the program and access to exclusive resources, and therefore, a full commitment is required for the benefit of each student and program continuity.

2. Payment Options and Schedule

• Two-Pay: $525 is due upon enrollment by Tuesday, 3/18 and the remaining balance is due by Tuesday, 4/15
• Non-Refundable Fees: All payments are non-refundable after the first two weeks of the program. After this period, any remaining balance is due as agreed, regardless of attendance.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full Program Commitment: Once enrolled, you are committing to the full 10 weeks. Refunds will not be provided after the second week of the program.
• Credit Option: In the event of withdrawal, any remaining balance may be applied as a credit toward a future program within six months, subject to availability and approval.
• No Refund for Missed Sessions: Sessions missed due to personal reasons cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

4. Attendance and Engagement

• Regular attendance is expected to ensure consistent progress. Should attendance or engagement decline, we may reach out to discuss ways to support consistent participation.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows. If you’re unable to attend, please notify us at least 72-hours in advance, although rescheduling is not guaranteed.
• Parental Responsibility: Parents must ensure that students complete their IXL learning modules on non-BTB days (M/W/F) to support learning continuity.

5. Program Materials and Resources

• Each student will receive individual login credentials for access to the IXL platform for supplemental learning, provided for the program duration.
• Program materials are exclusive to the enrolled student and may not be shared, reproduced, or used outside of the program without permission.

6. Agreement to Terms

• By submitting your payment, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. This agreement is legally binding upon enrollment.
