Thank you for showing off your talent, skills or products to the Tabletop Gaming community through RegionCon! Sponsors are the show away from the show! Support our players even when you cannot participate as an Exhibitor.

RegionCon is hosted by NWI Swarm Inc. – a local non-profit organization that is dedicated to supporting the local gaming community through community events and outreach programs.

Proceeds benefit national and local charities chosen by committee each year. Under the direction of ArctiCon in the past, charities such as Toys 4 Tots and, Wounded Warrior Project and Project 22 have benefitted from the community gathering. RegionCon aims to continue this tradition and commitment to the community and its valued benefactors. RegionCon 2023’s benefactor was Lakeshore P.A.W.S.  We encourage submissions for future benefactors!

Each sponsorship will have their logo or name be featured on RegionCon print and virtual marketing materials, including but not limited to: regioncon.com, Facebook, Discord, printed program, attendee promotional bag, t-shirts and banners. Each sponsor will also get a spotlight on a designated table. Each additional table is $10, up to 3 tables.
