Session 1: Explore the philosophies and history of Forest Schools and Bush Kinders

• Your Reasons for NaturePlay
• What is success to you?
• Target market 
• Develop your personal intention for the program: creating a vision and mission statement
• Locating a site, survey and assessment plan
• Questions to ask property owners before you begin 
• Finding a National Park/ State Forest that works for you
• Associations offering support eg sports and rec, leisure, education, playgroups

Session 2: will focus on the mission statement, site up, risk assessment, marketing

• Developing a risk assessment strategy for insurance, clients and employees/contractors
• Marketing
• Curriculum and program set up, meeting the curriculum, setting up your own curriculum and natureplay activity ideas
• Developing a philosophy
• Child observations and contemplations
• Making your own materials
• Fostering children's autonomy and rhythm 

Session 3: will focus on the contracts and relationships.

• Parent-Program Contract
• Develop strategies for educating parents and fostering community support and involvement. 
• Lease Agreements
• Partnership Agreements
• Supplier Agreements
• Policies and Procedures
• Invoicing 

Session 4: Becoming a sports and recreation affiliated program and another models; Insurance.

• Finding optimal insurance that will cover you in various situations
• Listing under sports and recreation
• Relevant Grants
