Wellness Workshop York. Monthly workshops to embrace mindfulness, meditation and reflection.
My wellness workshop series for women, is designed to help you prioritise your mental, emotional, and physical health through a range of mindful practices. Each session blends practical tips with hands-on activities, guided meditations, and journaling exercises, helping you cultivate mindfulness and personal growth.
Each month, weβll dive into a different aspect of wellness, including:
Guided meditation: Short meditations to help you feel calm, centered, and grounded.
Mindful journaling: Guided prompts to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and setting goals.
Self-care techniques: Tips and tools to make more time for yourself.
Personal growth & reflection: To help you discover your true desires, tackle limiting beliefs, and boost your confidence.
What Youβll Need:
Youβre welcome to bring your own notebook and pen but I will bring some notebooks along if youβd like to purchase at a discounted rate. I will also bring spare pens and pencils. Plus a few biscuits and a cuppa will be available.
Please come with an open mind and willingness to complete mindfulness.
Wear anything that you feel most comfortable in.

This is a relaxed and interactive session.
