Subscription boxes open on the first of the month and close on the 15th. They will ship out no later than the 25th.

You can cancel anytime.

No refunds on any of our subscription boxes.

You can subscribe or cancel after the 15th but it won't go in effect until the following month. For example, if you subscribe on April 12th, your first box will be May's box. If you cancel on April 16th, you will still receive April's box and May will be cancelled.
