Bjj classes are a fun way to build confidence while learning valuable self-defense. Classes are 2 days a week. We encourage those interested to compete with us every 3 months in Houston or Lake Charles. Competing is not mandatory. Promotion ceremonies are held periodically on Saturdays at no additional cost. The registration fee for this class is $120. Gi uniform is free with sign-up!
