Discuss the history of Reiki and the history of the Reiki founder Dr. Mikao Usui.

Discuss the Reiki 5 principles and the 3 Pillars of Reiki.

Demonstrate Gassho Meditation.

Describe the Chakra system.

Demonstrate the guidelines for a reiki session.

Receive the level 1, First degree Attunement from your instructor.
