At Next Level Wrestling Club, we understand the importance of flexibility for families. That’s why we’re introducing a bi-weekly payment plan for the upcoming season!

Payment Plan Details:

• 4 Total Payments spread out over the season.
• Pay every two weeks, making it easier to manage.
• Same great program, but with more flexible payment options!

I hereby allow Next Level Wrestling Club to initiate debit entries to credit card as indicated. In order to make any changes to BI WEEKLY debit or credit card transactions, I must give Next Level Wrestling Club a ten (10) day written notice.

Your enrollment in NLWC LLC is a CONTRACTUAL membership and fees are payable to NLWC LLC upon contract signing. Memberships begin on the Enrollment Date as indicated and continue until canceled.

By by moving forward with this payment, I authorize NLWC LLC, to charge my designated credit card for this bi weekly payment plan, thereafter for any and all amounts due and owed to NLWC LLC. I acknowledge that I will comply with the rules and regulations of Next Level Wrestling Club LLC. I acknowledge that I will be charged 25% of the remaining membership if you choose to cancel or not continue with the club.
