Yoga starts at 9am to 11am, and will be led by Alexandra. Post yoga we will have a little time to play with the puppies. Please know, this is a gentle yoga flow so no experience is required...and let's be honest, this is all about the puppies anyways :)

We do have yoga mats but not enough for all attendees so if you have one, please bring your own.

We will be accepting donations (for dogs/cats) at this event. You can bring any of the following:

-- Food/Treats (We stick to Purina Pro Plan and Royal Canin to avoid upsetting stomachs)

-- Accessories: leashes, toys, collars, bowls, etc.

-- Used/New Towels, Blankets, Beds
