Here's how the HTMA process works: 

Once you purchase your package, I will send a test collection kit to your house within 1 week. I will also send you directions on how to collect the hair sample. The kit will include an addressed envelope so that you can mail it directly to the lab. 

Once the hair sample is received by the lab, TURNAROUND TAKES ABOUT THREE WEEKS. Once I receive the results, I will email you a health questionnaire as well as a link to schedule your virtual consultation where we go over the results.

Once the call is completed, I will send you a SUPER detailed Personalized Mineral Balancing Protocol, which consists of dietary recommendations, mineral and/or herbal suggestions, lifestyle modifications and nervous system regulation practices (supplement & other resource links included).
