Payment Policy:

1. Service Payment: Payment for services is to be made before the service is provided and must be confirmed by the customer.

2. Rescheduling or Cancellation of Services:

a. 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date, the customer may request rescheduling or cancellation without any financial loss.

b. If a customer requests rescheduling or cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date, a certain fee or an equivalent amount to the service cost will be charged or forfeited.

3. Refunds:

a. Refunds for paid services are possible if requested no later than 30 days before the scheduled service date.

b. In cases of significant circumstances preventing the service, a refund request will be considered with an explanation.

4. Coupon and Discount Rules: Coupons and discounts are valid only according to the specified terms. Only one coupon or discount can be used at a time.

5. Additional Parking Fee:

Parking is charged separately if you do not have complimentary parking. The parking fee is calculated considering the parking rates and conditions of your building or area, within 100 feet.

6. Trainer Callout Fee: Depending on the location and the need for a trainer’s callout, an additional fee ranging from $0 to $60 may apply.

7. Disclaimer of Liability During Training: We do not assume any responsibility for events or injuries that may occur during training. Customers are advised to have personal insurance. Under any circumstances, we do not accept any liability.

8. Insole Returns:

We do not offer returns or free replacements for insoles.

Insoles are considered a personal item due to hygiene and health considerations. For the safety and well-being of our customers, we cannot accept returns or provide free replacements for insoles once they have been used or removed from their original packaging. We strongly recommend ensuring the proper fit and comfort of insoles before use to avoid any inconveniences.

9. Training Usage Period:

You have a 30-day window to utilize your training sessions. In exceptional cases and only with company approval, we may consider extending this period upon mutually agreed terms.

10. Agreement with Terms: By paying for our services, you automatically acknowledge that you have read and accepted all the terms of our company.
