Join us on a fitness journey unlike any other. In this 8 week bootcamp we will fly, increase strength, flexibility, mobility and lose fat. We start off with finding your baseline and build on that, this bootcamp is for all fitness levels with options to accommodate all abilities and strength. We will meet 3 days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursdays. Monday and Thursday will be your flight classes where we will stretch, strengthen, tone and focus on mobility. Wednesdays we will focus on strength with a circuit style training in our garage gym. Class sizes are capped at 5 so that we can give you more attention and ensure that you are reaching your goals.
This program also gets you access to our 8 week meal plan complete with recipes and grocery shopping lists. If you want a more personalized nutrition plan we are offering heavy discounts to our FLY members for our nutrition coaching program.
