A safe space for you to express yourself freely, combining art and journalling. This is a space just for you, to use art and journalling to move through the unseen parts of yourself, to create better understanding and awareness of yourself. It helps you to move through your ‘stuff.’ Sharing only what feels comfortable for you. Please bring:

• Art journal (A4 or A3)
• Crayons or colour pencils
• A pen

Some supplies will be provided for your first time if you are unsure.
