By purchasing a driver’s entry or pit crew entry for our event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds and credits:
- Refunds will not be available after either:
- 28 days from the date of purchase, or
- 28 days before the scheduled event date,
- whichever comes first. All sales are final once this period has passed.
Credits for Future Events
- Credits may be issued at the discretion of the event organiser. If a credit is granted, it can only be redeemed for entry into the next scheduled event. The availability and amount of any credit is solely determined by the director followed with written approval.
Event Organiser’s Discretion
- All decisions regarding refunds and credits are at the sole discretion of the event organiser. The organiser’s decision is final.
