By paying below, you agree (on behalf of yourself or if you have a family membership, on behalf of yourself and your family) that your membership dues are non-refundable and that you are joining the Stratford Tennis Club, Inc. entirely at your own risk. Your payment also confirms that you (and your family, if applicable) understand and agree to abide by the bylaws of the corporation as amended. Failure to pay dues will result in all rights and privileges in the club to be forfeit and any stock certificate, whether surrendered to the corporation or not, shall be deemed null and void with said stock will be held as treasury stock of the corporation.
