The end of the Harmattan season in Ghana comes around March. not only are the skies a hazy orange with the sands blown south from the sahara and the temperatures scorching, it always seems to be the time of year the power outtages happen much more frequently. There's nothing more refreshing than a dip in the waters of Lake Volta.
