Monthly Fee – $95 / month for each piece of art hung in the Gallery.
Per Sale Fee (Gallery and Online) – credit card and/or cash fee (3% for each sale) and handling/marketing fees (installing art, artist statement, build web page, marketing, customer inquiries and sales clerks fees (7%) for each sale. Per sale fee will be deducted from artist proceeds. Art sale proceeds will be paid within 14 days.
Cancellation – Easy to try us out with no long term agreement. Monthly charges will be recurring unless we receive a 7 day notice of cancellation before the 30 day renewal day. To cancel send a notice to nightartgallery@gmail.com.
Art Exhibit in Gallery – Each artist must have at least one piece of art on display in Gallery. It is OK to ship art to the gallery. It is OK to change, add or subtract art pieces online throughout the agreement period.
Artist Gallery Web Page – Artist is allowed up to 20 pieces of art displayed on Gallery’s website. OK to edit throughout the agreement period.
Artist Statement – Each piece of art hung in the Gallery will have an artist statement with QR code linked to the Night Art Gallery artist page with up to 20 art pieces for sale.
Shipping – Artist is responsible for all shipping and pickup. OK to ship to us.
Artworks Ownership: The parties acknowledge the ownership of the artworks shall remain with the ARTIST. The GALLERY shall have no property interest in the artworks. Items left after 90 days without payment shall become the property of Night Art Gallery.
Marketing: GALLERY is allowed to take pictures of artworks and copy ARTIST information and images from ARTISTs website and use for marketing and promotional purposes.
Risks and Insurance - ARTIST should make sure its insurance policy covers artworks transferred and displayed in art galleries. During the duration of its custody of the artwork the GALLERY shall to the best of its ability secure its safety and undamaged condition. As a condition of this Agreement, the ARTIST expressly agrees to assume eventual risks of loss or damage to the artworks arising out of the transportation and/or display of the artworks.
