Whimsical Tiny Houses

Join me for this wonderful whimsical workshop where we will learn to paint colorful tiny houses with acrylic paints on canvas. You will also learn about shading, highlights and how to add a POP of color for variety and keeping the eyes attention on your piece. You will leave this workshop with knowledge on how to explore colors, adding contrast, and most importantly, thinking outside the box. If you have always wanted to learn to paint, or step away from traditional approaches to painting, then this workshop is for you! BEGINNERS ARE WELCOME!

SUPPLIES YOU WILL NEED

• CANVAS: Size 10x20 or 12x24
• ACRYLIC PAINTS-
• Cadmium red light or medium hue
• Pthalo Blue
• Teal, also known as blue green or aqua
• Black
• White
• Cadmium yellow , light or medium hue
• Ultra Marine Blue
• And any other BRIGHT FUN colors you fancy!!! LET’S HAVE SOME FUN!
• PAINT BRUSHES: bring a wide selection , multi packs work best, be sure to look for packs that have “Flats “
• Rags or papertowels
• Spray bottle
• Palette for paints
• Fine tooth sandpaper (small piece)
• Pencil
