This meal plan is based off of fueling your body 6x/day (approximately every 2.5-3 hours). Each meal is approximately 600 calories. For each meal category, you have up to 13 options. For example, there are 10+ breakfast options, 10+ lunch options, etc. That's nearly 50, easy to prepare, meal/snack options to choose from. And because each meal is properly balanced with the right amount of CPF (Carbohydrate-Protein-Fat), all of the meals are interchangeable (each meal/snack is approximately 50% calories from carbohydrate, 25% calories from protein, 25% calories from fat). For example, you can consume a breakfast meal for dinner if you choose; a snack option for lunch; a dinner option for a snack, etc.


Keep in mind, This is not a diet, a DIET is a Disaster Imminent Every Time. This is a meal plan for life. This meal plan contains foods such as bread, pasta, rice, fruit, cereal, eggs, egg whites, turkey, chicken, beef, Greek yogurt, cheese, nuts, nut butter and more!
