Let the sounds of the crystal and metal bowls wash over you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Experience the sound of rain & thunder drums. Hear the rain start, listen to it build, and then notice it gently softening as it passes you by. All while healing and relaxing your nervous system. Yoga mats and pillows are provided.
