Wisconsin State law requires all dogs sold (adopted) to individuals residing outside of Wisconsin to be accompanied by an Interstate Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI). All dog adopters living outside of Wisconsin will be required to pay an additional fee of $65 to cover the added cost of an Interstate CVI.

The Interstate CVI fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee is specific to only the previously specified dog AND adopter. Submission of payment indicates acknowledgment and agreement with these terms.

Do not submit this fee before confirming dog adoption arrangements with HSBC staff.
