In our Sensual Movement Sessions come ready to pour back into yourself while exploring and embodying your sensuality as well as becoming more confident in yourself overall. Class will consist of a warm-up, across the floors, and choreography. I encourage you to come challenge yourself in a safe, fun, and welcoming environment.

KNEE PADS OR WEARING SOMETHING THAT COVERS YOUR LEGS IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED AS WE WILL HAVE FLOOR WORK IN THE CHOREOGRAPHY.
