1. Purpose

This agreement outlines the terms under which the Apprentice will participate in PHOTO FRESH Academy’s training program and gain supervised hands-on experience.

2. Membership & Training Fees

To maintain access to the Academic facilities and training, the Apprentice agrees to pay the following fees: Membership Fee: $_400____ per month (covers facility access, chair use, utilities, and amenities).

Training Fee: $__100___ per month (covers structured training, supervision, and practical instruction).

Book & Material Fee: $_500___ (one-time or per term if applicaple).

Equipment & Supply Fee: $_500____ (if applicable).

3. Scope of Training

The Academy will provide structured barber training, including 20 weeks of bookwork and supervised practical experience. This is a 12 month program that can be completed in 10 months.

The Apprentice will only perform services under supervision as required by Maryland law.

The Apprentice must comply with all Academy policies, state regulations, and health and safety guidelines.

4. Revenue and Services

Any services performed by the Apprentice must follow Maryland licensing regulations.

Revenue generated from client services will be handled as follows:

The Academy will manage service fees, and any revenue-sharing arrangements will be outlined separately.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement is valid from DATE YOU SIGNED ON to YOUR COMPLETION OF THE COURSE (or ongoing on a month-to-month basis).

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day notice in writing.

6. Compliance with Maryland Laws

The Apprentice acknowledges that they are not a licensed barber and cannot operate as one until licensed by the Maryland Board of Barbers.

All Photo Fresh Academy contractual agreement follow the guidelines of the Maryland State, BARBER BOARD, and law.
