Important Information for Checkout and Services

Design Form Completion:

• A design form will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.
• This form must be completed to start services.
• If no response is received within a week, a reminder will be sent via email.

Communication:

• All communication will be conducted via email, unless your package includes a discovery call.

Retainer Service:

• Services must begin within 30 days of purchase.
• Once started, the 3-month retainer period begins.

Love at First Logo Package:

• Services must be rendered within 45 days of purchase.

Heart Captured Branding Package:

• An email to schedule your brand shoot and discovery call will be sent within 24 hours of purchase.
• Design services will begin in late February-March 2025.
• For additional images or makeup services for your shoot, please coordinate directly with the photographer for an additional quote.
