Peaberry coffee beans are the most rare and most flavorful with no bitter aftertaste. Our roast is a medium roast blend perfect for anytime of the day. Please specify your choice of Whole Bean or Ground.

Bean information:

Peaberry coffee beans occur in approximately 1 out of every 25-30 coffee cherries harvested, making for a more unique and rare bean, and have a 30% higher oil concentration than a normal bean. Giving the bean a pleasant less acidic taste.

Descriptions are:

 Tanzania Mutwari Peaberry is a specialty coffee harvested in the Mbozi, Mbeya Rural, Ileje & Rungwe districts of Africa

NOTES of the bean: Apple Juice, Butterscotch, Sweet Orange Peel in the aftertaste. 

Malawi Mangochi Peaberry is an example of fine beans produced from high altitude grown coffee trees in small plantation estates in the southeastern region of Africa.  

 NOTES of the bean: Raw sugars, notes of Caramel taffy, hints of carob chips and subtle fruit accents in the aftertaste.
