Using raw fleece from the farm, learn simple one pot dyeing to create a beautiful multicolored dyed pot. Class will utilize professional acid dyes, clothing appropriate for using dye should be worn. Plan on two to three hours. Techniques can also be used for yarn, although yarn will not be dyed in this class.

All of our introductory classes are scheduled at the convenience of the attendee and the instructor and can be weekdays or weekends. If purchased online, a member of the fiber studio will reach out to you to schedule a mutually convenient time. They are one on one or can be scheduled with a friend. We do not do group classes for new skills as individuals find success at different rates, and it’s our goal that everyone leaves our classes with a sense of accomplishment. Weather permitting we will take a break and go on a walk about the farm to say hello to the animals. Coffee, tea, water and snacks are provided. If you are taking a full day class, please plan to bring a lunch.
