By paying your cover in advance, you get 'sclusie access to our "skip the line" (much shorter) line. Just look for the sign that says "SCLUSIES/PRE-PAID COVER" and present your phone with your emailed receipt.

Register in advance for the bracketed Ping Pong Tournament HERE. You'll be asked for your name, email and skill level so we can seed you appropriately in the bracket.

$2 of every $10 cover charge goes in the winner's pot, split betwixt the champion of the Ping Pong Tournament and the winner of the juried Costume Contest (judged by an esteemed panel of fashion X-perts). Winner of the Costume Contest announced at 11pm.

Games will be to 11 pts until the final championship game, which will be to 21 pts

COSTUME DANCE PARTY (TWO MIRROR BALLS will be liberally spreading LIGHT across the dance floor)

SPORTY NERDS/"COOL KIDS" can continue to play Ping Pong, as we'll be moving one of the tables into the alley way under our string lights

NOTES/RULES FOR PARTYING AT THE PHOENIX

1) For serious ya'll: please make sure you have a ride home from a buddy who will not be partaking of alcohol. Let's take care of ourselves and our neighbors. Be your weird self and have a blast AND be safe. If you have had too much to drink and don't have a ride home, just tell your bartender and we'll arrange a ride for you.

2) Abusive language, throwing Ping Pong paddles because you lost a point, and/or inappropriate angry outbursts ill-befitting a multi-generational crowd will get you promptly ejected from The Phoenix. Let's keep things in perspective and remember that Taylor Swift's ERAS TOUR is now viewable on your local movie screen. In other words, there are things that really matter and you losing a Ping Pong game isn't one of them.

3) We will also promptly eject anyone who refuses to respect someone's boundaries and/or personal space on the dance floor and/or at all times and places in our space. If your dance buddy isn't really your buddy and/or isn't fine with you inhabiting their dancing space, please give them the dignity and respect they deserve (and that you yourself would want) by giving them room. Even if they aren't asking for space, pay attention to body language because sometimes people are too nervous and/or triggered to say anything. This isn't a three strikes you're out policy, this is a zero tolerance policy and you'll promptly be asked to leave if you don't abide by this basic empathy rule.

4) Buy the art on the walls, it's all for sale and we can ring you up at the bar for any piece you fall in love with. This current show is on exhibit until November 17th so you can pick up your purchased piece after that (unless you buy a print, which you can take with you night of).
