A $150 non-refundable deposit will secure your spot at Deeper Still's Encounter 2025 Women’s Weekend. Encounter 2025 is scheduled for October 16-19. A shared king bedroom costs $625 per woman, while a shared queen bedroom is $675 per woman. All prices are inclusive and based on two women per room.

Due to the nature of this event, there are no refunds. Registrations are transferrable, but any transfers will be left up to registrants to coordinate individually. **A late fee of $75 will be assessed if the balance is not paid in full by the 8/1/25 due date. Thank you for understanding.**

NOTE: Roommates attending together must register in a single transaction for two spots, each paying a $150 deposit, to ensure they are assigned to the same room. Registrations with a single $150 deposit will automatically be paired with a roommate in a King room in one of the cabins.
