An option for previous monthly clients who want a lighter version of our premier service in order to keep making health progress (or better maintain progress that’s been made). Service includes access to Trainerize health app, lab testing & other biomarker analysis using functional targets, recommended testing (labs, InBody & others), any program modification that may be needed (nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, medical therapies), 45 minute video call monthly, week in review questionnaire with coach video response, daily Trainerize data monitoring by coach and other educational resources as needed.
