In addition to the main field, hotdogs, and fireworks, the Nashville Sounds play baseball in a stadium with a mini golf course featuring a 12 foot tall fishboy, gigantic painted guitars, and dynamic installations by local artists.
A Ball, Of Course moves you along that path with a poem exploring the ups and downs of playing ball - whether baseball, putt-putt, basketball, or ping pong. We know, a ball, of course, could veer off course and not land where you like, but when you keep at it and figure out what’s too fast, too slow, too high, too low...eventually, you’ll set your intention, swing, and successfully see your ball zipping down the green! With nods to the history of the stadium situated near Nashville’s downtown skyline, A Ball, Of Course will inspire you to create your own ball game adventure!
