There are 4 1 hour recordings along with written out exercises for you in the Course Workbook.

The 4 foundational lessons covered are:

1. Emotional intelligence: what lies behind and beyond our emotions and how to Access this part of ourselves.

2. The Art of Forgiveness and Self- Compassion.

3. Understanding the Elements in Nature- their energetic movement, rhythm, cycles, and how they move within us causing balance or imbalance.

4. The Art of Embodying your Divinity and Activating Your Light to Reach the Greatest version of You.

The titles of these lessons are just that. There are several other topics covered and the Divine blessings from the Divine Masculine and Feminine Quantum Fields are a big part of this course.

The recordings are from the live group I led and so I apologize that the sound is not as crisp as I would like but you can still hear, understand, and receive everything from each call as if you were participating live.

There is A Lot of information packed in with A Lot of energetic healings and blessings.

You may spread out each lesson as much or as little as you like.

My recommendation is to leave 1 week at least in between lessons and to do the course work along with each class.
