Technician will come out once in the summer and once in the winter. Will check all the electrical, amp draw, and microfarads on capacitors, oil bearings (if applicable), check air flow through condenser coil, make sure the coils are in good shape, check pressures, and clean coils. Make sure to add your name, phone number, and email address so we can call and schedule your maintenance.

Price is per unit, per year. If you have one unit and would like one year of maintenance, you would put quantity 1. If you have two units and would like two years of maintenance, you would put quantity 4.
