A 1/4 Beef Package is ideal for individuals or small families who cook meals at home 1-2 times a week and want to have wholesome, delicious meat available year-round. With your freezer stocked with regeneratively raised, 100% grass-fed beef, dinner becomes simple and nourishing. Buying in bulk saves money and ensures your family always has high-quality, tasty beef at hand.


What’s Included:

A minimum of 100 lbs of premium beef cuts, including:

* 50 lbs of Ground Beef (50 x 1lb packages)

* 50 lbs of Steak & Roasts, including*:

  • 6 T-Bone Steaks (~12-14 oz each )
  • 4 Sirloin Steaks (~12-14 oz each)
  • 6 Ribeye Steaks (~14-16 oz each)
  • 3-4 Arm or Rump Roasts (~4-5 lbs each)
  • 3 Chuck Roasts (~4-5 lbs each)
  • 1 Sirloin Tip Roast (~4-5 lbs)
  • 1/2 Brisket (~3 lbs)
  • Stew Meat β†’ ~(2 lb)
  • Short Ribs β†’ ~2 packages


*Please note actual number of cuts or pounds per cut may vary slightly depending on final weights, every animals trims out slightly different. I always make sure to include a few extra pounds of meat in each share to make sure you get a good value and include stew meat and short ribs as extras on top of the 100+ lbs of beef.


This guarantees you receive 50 lbs of steaks, roasts, and brisket in addition to 50 lbs of ground beef (50 x 1lb packages)β€”making your total share 100+ lbs.


This bulk share gives you premium steaks, roasts, and brisket for the same price as ground beef!

1/4 Beef Share is idea for families with 1–2 adults and small children who cook a few meals at home each week. For larger families who prepare most meals at home, a 1/2 Beef Share is a good fit.

Will I have to pay butcher fees?

No! Our Bulk Beef Packages include USDA processingβ€”no hidden surprises.

Instead of selling based on hanging weight (where 30–40% weight is lost during trim out & aging at the butcher), our prepackaged quarters show exactly what you’ll get and payβ€”no guessing, just delicious beef ready for your freezer.


When will I get my beef?

Butcher dates are in August and September 2025, with your beef ready 10–14 days after processing. We’ll contact you after your order to confirm your butcher date.


How much freezer space do I need?

A 1/4 Beef fits in a 4-5 cubic chest freezer.
