Please join the Down Syndrome Guild of Dallas and UTMB occupational therapy for an occupation-based skills camp! Our week-long summer camp aims to provide opportunities for your teen to practice teamwork, learn about healthy habits, and find enjoyable fitness activities for the future! Find Your Fit will consist of various physical activities that promote aerobics and gross motor coordination, balance, and strength. Social and educational activities will also be included such as gardening and nutritional education.

Find Your Fit will take place at DSG Monday-Thursday where members can participate in a familiar environment with familiar faces. Our final day of camp will take place at AMF Bowling in Richardson for some team fun! We hope to see your teen there!
