Accessibility is important to our mission as Akron's Black, woman, and queer-owned independent bookstore. That's why we strive to make our programs free and low cost whenever possible.

In order to fairly compensate our incredible staff and continue providing vibrant literary opportunities to the Akron area, invite anyone who is able to contribute to "pay what they can." All contributions, no matter the size, will go toward the continuation of writing workshops at Elizabeth's.
