A laptop will be shipped with your new blank fob(s) to use with your Windows 10 64 Bit laptop to plug in and clone at home. Please be careful as it's a one-time write (the fob will be non refundable, but reader when shipped back at your cost will be refunded of $165 for the laptop and reader; $45 will be the cost of the standard fob).
