Our 2025 cohort begins in May 2025 and runs through April 2026, offering a comprehensive foundation for becoming a Medical Qigong Movement Facilitator. This hybrid program combines self-paced learning, live monthly office hours, and reflective assignments to prepare you to lead individuals and groups through personalized Qigong practices for energy balance and holistic well-being.

This self-paced online program provides a solid foundation in Medical Qigong, offering a unique opportunity to explore energetic anatomy, the Five Element theory, and advanced techniques that promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Each month features:

• Self-Paced Lessons: Accessible modules with videos, knowledge checks, and assignments.
• Reflective Assignments: Journaling prompts and a capstone reflection paper to track your personal growth.
• Live Office Hours: Monthly opportunities to ask questions and dive deeper into the content.

This certification equips you to lead Medical Qigong flows and offer personalized prescription exercises, empowering others to take control of their healing. While this program does not qualify you to conduct client table sessions at this stage, it lays the foundation for deeper therapeutic work in future training levels.
