Summer Subscription includes one of the following:

A) 6 bouquets delivered every other week between mid June and end of August 2025

or

B) 12 bouquets delivered every week between mid June and end of August 2025

Make sure to indicate in your order if you want weekly or every other week.

Included in the base subscription is pickup either at the Saturday Hilldale Farmers’ Market or MSN Plant Collective on Monroe Street in Madison.

If you choose the Delivery upgrade, the delivery address must be in one of the following cities:

Madison

Middleton

Verona

Fitchburg

Monona
