The evening will unfold over 3 intentional hours, creating a sacred space for renewal and deep relaxation. We’ll begin with a sharing circle to set intentions, followed by an immersive sound bath designed to restore balance and inner calm. Afterward, we’ll hold 10 minutes of silence to allow the vibrations to integrate before closing with a final sharing circle, offering space for reflection and insight.
Your guide for the evening is a certified sound healer with 12 years of experience, having facilitated over 20,000 hours of sound baths and private healing sessions. With a deep passion for sound as a tool for transformation, Sarah has mentored over 70 students in the field, ensuring a rich and intentional experience.
To maintain an intimate and cozy environment, the group is limited to 14 participants, allowing for a personalized and immersive experience.
