The client is responsible for reaching out to Janelle (janelle@pairwed.com) to schedule their sessions.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Client agrees to notify Janelle Wambura 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session that he/she needs to cancel. Coach reserves the right to charge Client for the scheduled session for a missed/canceled meeting. No refunds are given on payments made or services rendered
