The Scalar pure (SWB) device was designed by Professor Meyl in Germany. It is made to be smaller and more streamlined, focusing on its functions related to Scalar waves. 

It provides a protective shield against radiation and electromagnetic pollution by utilizing a scalar wave receiver. This receiver captures any unused waves in the surroundings.
