The Society has around 400 members and is keen to enrol more supporters. The more members the Society has, the more effective it can be in protecting the local landscape and environment—and the more views it can take on board.

The Society events also enable local people with common interests to get together. Members are invited to attend these events and receive a regular newsletter, the bumper Christmas Bedside Edition, and emails on forthcoming events.

We have three types of membership: Individuals/Households, Concessionary and Organisation . We allow the individual members to decide if they are Concessionarymembers.
