Join us for an engaging and transformative workshop designed to help you effectively lead a Brave Enough group while developing effective Brave Enough Leadership Teams. This workshop will focus on four essential steps to help you grow as a leader, lead your Brave Enough group while living out the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18, 19), and invite others to join you as you build your Brave Enough ministry; thus, making a lasting impact (Matthew 9:35-38).

Step 1: Duplicating Ministry by Nominating Leaders

 The first step in building a strong leadership team is identifying and nominating potential leaders within your community/group.

Step 2: Prerequisite to Leadership

Before you step into leadership, it’s crucial to understand the foundational Brave Enough Tools and heart needed for effective leadership/shepherding.

Step 3: Leading TRANSFORMATIONAL Community

 Effective leadership is built on continuous learning and growth.

Step 4: Identifying and Inviting Others to Join Your Team

 Leadership is not a solo endeavor, nor did Christ leave us this model of ministry.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll have the tools and strategies needed to create and nurture a Brave Enough group while developing a Brave Enough leadership pipeline that strengthens your Brave Enough ministry and its impact.
