We'd love for you to join us for our first ever 'mini pairing' at the distillery. With three smaller bites and sips, we decided to shake things up a bit this time around and try something that we haven't in *quite* a while. Instead of doing a seated pairing like you might be used to, we're throwing it back to 2019 and we'll have stations set up around the production space, each with its own pairing and a PSD staff member to chat you through allllll the details. Fear not, we'll have high top tables set up to allow for conversation (and a place to set things down!). We expect this pairing to be a whirlwind of deliciously good times.

• 3 x chocolate truffles by Le Grand Confectionary, each paired with a 2 oz. cocktail sample
• Guided pairing with Painted Stave Distilling's full-time staff and owners

The Particulars:

• Please note the start time. We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to get checked in.

• The pairings have been developed with quite a bit of care and intentionally span a variety of palates. If you know you've got a more specific palate, then this event might not be for you! We totally get it, and would love to see you at the bar for the cocktail of your choosing.

• You will consume quite a bit of alcohol throughout the pairing, so please make plans for safe transportation after the event.

• This is a 21+ event, no exceptions.

• At this time, we are unable to tailor this event to accommodate dietary needs. This pairing will contain dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. If you have questions on specific allergens, please email jenny@paintedstave.com
