This is a non-certified 2.5hr live-taught and interactive virtual course to instruct you how to fully maintain your own microlocs.

Immediately after payment, please send an email to admin@microlocacademy.com to request your specific day and time for your class between Tuesday-Saturday 7am-5pm EST. Remember to include your full name, email address and phone number. Your educator will respond via email, phone call or text to confirm the best date and time for your class. Please allow up to 48hrs for a response to confirm your class.

Registration details will be emailed with the Zoom link(s) to your class after you and your instructor have confirmed a specific date and time for your class.

Let's Begin: A 30 min pre-assessment consultation

• An in-depth consultation of the current state of your locs.

What you will learn in the 1st hour:

• The Do's and Don'ts of your personal care
• The ideal products to use for your own hair
• How to choose a Certified Microloc Specialist if you ever need one
• Styling your own microlocs

What you will learn in the 2nd hour:

• This segment is a full step by step instructional of technique. It is best to have a section of your hair ready and prepped to be retied.

• 1 Microloc tool
• 1 continuous mist spray bottle
• 8 Alligator clips
• 8 large metal clips
• 8 small metal clips
• one pack of hair ties
• 1 Notepad and pen
