A L M SECURITY TRAINING ACADEMY CANNOT HOLD OR KEEP SEATS RESERVED WITHOUT A PAYMENT. Failure to complete the payment [BY 5:00pm TODAY] will result in this invoice being cancelled.

DIRECTIONS: R train to 86th Street (bet 85th & 86th Streets). We are next door to H&R Block. If you’re in the rear 2 cars of the train, the staircase will bring you 20 feet from the school.

DATES: TBD but confirmed via email.

TIME: Class begins @ 8:30am. Lateness is totally unacceptable. NO Exceptions!!! PLEASE ALLOW YOURSELF SUFFICIENT TRAVEL TIME. A L M reserves the right to deny entry due to lateness.

IDENTIFICATION: You must have valid Government ID. Photo images or copies are unacceptable.

CLASS REQUIREMENTS: Please be presentable in casual attire for the course. You will need the following for the course:

1.      Valid Identification

2.      Laptop (by 2nd day of training)

3.      Acrobat Adobe application downloaded on your device (Adobe Download Link)

4.      MS Power point application downloaded on your device

During the course, you will be required to create a Lesson Plan (security related) that you will be required to present in class.  Please be mindful that payment and/or completion of the course does not guarantee automatic pass or certification.  EVERYONE MUST DO THE WORK!  Each student must

be able to successfully complete the State mandated lesson plan and present that lesson before the class in order to pass. This information will be discussed more in detail in class.  

ATTENDANCE: Attendance is essential each day of training.  All required assignments MUST be completed within the 5 days of the course. THERE ARE NO EXTENSIONS OR MAKE UPS 

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS: If you cannot attend your scheduled class and would like to reschedule or completely cancel, you must email us at least one (1) week in advance to info@thealmgroup.com to allow us an opportunity to rebook the seat. Failure to reschedule or completely cancel the course will result in a $250 fee for potential loss of business.

STUDENT AND/OR AUTHORIZED CARD HOLDER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ANY RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION CHARGES WILL BE BILLED TO THE CARD ON FILE. If said card cannot be charged, then said fee will be deducted from any approved refunds. Student and/or authorized card holder further agrees to waive any disputes with his/her financial institution for any charges assessed related to this agreement. Student understand and accept that any request for refunds can take up to thirty (30) days for processing.
