The Big Scrub Rainforest: Once a sprawling wonder, the local rainforest that covered the Northern Rivers dwindled to a mere 1% in the 1900's from colonial farming practices.

Now, it's time to rewild and reconnect with this precious ecosystem.

Join us on May 12th at 10am in the Byron Industrial for an unforgettable morning.

What to expect:

• Immersive soundscape: Let the sounds and footage of the rainforest envelope you, transporting you to the heart of the Big Scrub.
• Movement: Flow with guided movement practices that energise and reconnect you to your body and its natural state
• Breathwork journey: Deepen your connection with yourself and the environment through guided breathing exercises.
• Ice Plunge: A mental challenge but a physical invigoration and renewal. This optional experience is incredibly beneficial for your body - improving immunity, circulation, inflammation and cognitive health.
• Fundraising for Regeneration: All profits from this event will go towards supporting crucial reforestation efforts in the Big Scrub.
