4 Week Wheel Throwing Classes include;

-8 hours of lessons - 2 hr per week

-Stoneware Clay

-Studio tools 

-Studio wheels

-Bisque/Glaze firing

-Worry Free Attendance Policy (see below)

Students supply;

-Apron

-Mid Fire Glaze 

(Cost $15 and up Depends on colors and brand of glaze.)

Attendance Policy-

Students can make up missed classes by scheduling a make up class. Students have 3 months to make up any missed classes. 

Class Description-

Students learn beginner wheel throwing techniques wedging, centering, pulling walls. Students will learn how to create basic shapes such as; cylinders (cups & vases) and various bowl shapes. Students will keep 4 of their best pieces that will bisque fired, glazed, and glaze fired. Once students learn basic wheel throwing techniques and shapes students can continue with classes which can be purchased in 4 week increments. Students that wish to continue their lessons will continue working on the basic techniques if needed or will go onto learn how to throw larger pounds of clay, create various size/shape vases, lidded vessels, hollow vessels, etc
